Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.
Payments can be made via cash, credit card or EFT
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
Changes to the guest count must be communicated 7 days prior to the event date.
Menu Selection and Dietary Requirements:
Final menu selections must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event date.
Special dietary requirements must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Cypriot Street Grill will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our dishes.
Event Details:
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue address, contact information, and event timing.
Any changes to the event details must be communicated promptly to Cypriot Street Grill.
Service Staff:
Cypriot Street Grill will provide professional service staff for the duration of the event, as agreed upon in the contract.
Additional charges may apply for extended service hours or additional staffing requirements.
Liability:
Cypriot Street Grill is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the event, unless caused by negligence on our part.
The client is responsible for any damages to equipment or property provided by Cypriot Street Grill during the event.
Force Majeure:
Cypriot Street Grill is not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under the contract due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
